Your profile is ready. Now publish your job search.

First, check My job search

Sign in and open My profile. Find My job search and read the status on the relevant promotion. Published means that promotion is currently published. A draft, an unfinished price review or a payment awaiting confirmation does not mean the same thing.

If you have more than one job search, check each one separately. Finishing one promotion does not publish every other draft on your account. Use the existing job search you intended to finish rather than creating a second copy.

Choose the work you actually want to be found for

Open the promotion for editing and review the selected industry, professions and preferred work locations. Choose roles you could genuinely consider. A focused selection gives your job search a clearer purpose than choosing unrelated work simply to fill the page.

For example, someone with hotel front-desk experience might be interested in front-desk and guest-services work in Dubai. The right choices for you may be different. Your experience describes what you have done; the promotion describes the work you are now looking for.

• Check that the selected professions match your current goal.
• Choose locations where you would realistically work.
• Review your availability and any salary or commission expectations requested by the form.
• Read any headline or description you have written and correct outdated information.

Continue through the publication review

Use Publish to continue from the job search form. If HEYVN opens Review price and publish, review that page as part of the same process. Reaching a price review is not the final publication confirmation.

Read the current publication term, the promotion fee, any voucher or reward option shown and the total before confirming. Offers and available payment methods can change, so use the details displayed for your own job search. A current free offer does not mean every extra or later promotion is automatically included.

Complete the final publication action shown on that page. If an external payment is involved, its confirmation must complete before the promotion can become published.

Keep optional extras separate from the first publication

You do not need to prepare every add-on before taking the next publication step. Basic information and optional Add-Ons are separate areas in My profile.

A published job search can still have an add-on marked Not yet published · Unlock required. That message describes the add-on. Check the promotion’s own status to see whether the job search itself is published.

If you decide to include an extra, review its own selection, funding and publication state. Having uploaded a file is different from having that file available to eligible employers.

Look for the confirmation

After completing publication, return to My profile. Check for Published on the job search and read its publication end date. HEYVN also sends the normal publishing-confirmation email. The status in your account is the place to check if an email is delayed or filtered.

Use View, where available, to inspect your signed-in private preview. Check the selected work, locations and employer-facing information. Your own preview does not turn the profile into an unrestricted public page.

If it is still not published

• A field is highlighted: correct that field, save and continue through the remaining review.
• A price review is unfinished: reopen the existing job search and complete its current publication review.
• The quote has expired: return to edit this job search and request a current review.
• Payment is awaiting confirmation: check the status instead of creating another promotion to repeat the same action.
• An error keeps returning: note the exact message and contact HEYVN support so the unfinished step can be checked.

Your next step

Open My profile, find the job search you want employers to discover and finish its publication review. Then check for Published.
