Invite a friend to HEYVN and understand your rewards

Find your personal invitation in My profile

Sign in and look for Invite friends. Unlock more. in My profile. Show QR code opens your personal code. In Sharing options & reward details you can also use Copy Link or Share HEYVN, depending on your browser and device.

Use that personal link or QR code for the invitation. A normal homepage link may help someone discover HEYVN, but it does not identify your recommendation in the same way.

Send one useful, personal message

Choose someone who would welcome the suggestion and tell them why you thought of them. Keep it friendly and specific. Give them room to decide whether they want to try it.

For example: “Hey, you mentioned you’re looking for customer-service work. I’m trying HEYVN, where you can create a profile and publish the kind of work you’re looking for. If you’d like to have a look, here’s my personal invitation link. I may earn a reward if you complete the qualifying steps. Happy to compare notes if you try it.”

Add your actual invitation link when you send the message. Your friend should use their own email address and complete their own information. You do not need to collect their contacts or sign them up on their behalf.

Understand what makes a recommendation qualify

Check the reward details in your account before promising an amount or a particular milestone. HEYVN’s reward programme is configurable, and an invitation can retain the terms recorded when your friend joins.

For the full profile-and-publication journey, a genuinely new friend follows your invitation, confirms their email, completes their basic profile and publishes their first job search. A CV or Introduction Video is optional for that journey. Opening the link or leaving a profile as a draft is not the same as finishing it.

An eligible first publication can qualify even when a valid offer or voucher makes its price zero. The reward is tied to the qualifying steps, not a requirement to buy an optional extra.

• Invite someone who is new to HEYVN, rather than creating another account for yourself.
• Make sure your friend starts registration from your personal link or QR code.
• Let them confirm their own email and complete their own profile.
• Use your account’s reward details to check the applicable milestones, amount and any limits.

Help with the next step, without taking over

If your friend wants help, ask where they stopped. They may need to find the confirmation email, finish a language level or complete the final Publish step. Offer to point them towards the relevant screen or guide.

Keep their account theirs. Do not ask for their sign-in link or password. Your rewards area shows progress information; it does not give you access to your friend’s profile or contact details. They may also decide to continue later, and that is their choice.

Check available rewards before choosing an extra

Return to Invite friends. Unlock more. to see Available rewards and the sharing and reward details. Pending progress is different from a reward you can use. If the programme shows a limit or a temporary pause, read that information too.

When you decide to use rewards, review the exact add-on and reward requirement shown in My profile or checkout. Different products and Portfolio plans can need different amounts. An available balance does not automatically select, unlock or share a file for you.

Choose the extra that helps explain your work: perhaps a CV, an Introduction Video or a Portfolio. Review its current publication term and complete the relevant confirmation. You stay in control of what you prepare and share.
